What You'll Do

• Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
• Target ship management companies and fleet operators across Europe, Middle East, and Asia
• Conduct product demonstrations of E-CMS to C-level executives, HR directors, and fleet managers
• Build pipeline through industry events (SMM Hamburg, Posidonia, CrewConnect), LinkedIn outreach, and strategic partnerships
• Develop go-to-market strategies for specific verticals: tanker operators, dry bulk, container lines, offshore
• Provide market intelligence to product team — competitor positioning, feature requests, pricing feedback
• Manage CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling enterprise software to maritime, logistics, or shipping companies
• Understanding of the maritime industry: crewing operations, STCW/MLC compliance, ship management structures
• Experience with consultative selling, long sales cycles (3-9 months), and multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong demo skills — ability to present complex SaaS products to technical and non-technical audiences
• Existing network in the maritime sector is a strong advantage
• Fluent English required; Greek, German, or Scandinavian languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with high autonomy

Requirements

• 5+ years with PHP and Laravel (10+)
• Strong experience with Livewire 3, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS
• MySQL query optimization and database design
• REST API design (Laravel Passport/Sanctum)
• Understanding of real-time systems (WebSocket, Laravel Reverb)
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest)
• Maritime domain knowledge is a strong advantage
