The Crew Profile module is the foundation of E-CMS, providing a comprehensive digital record for every seafarer in your pool. Each profile contains personal data, contact information, passport and visa details, and a complete employment history.
Sea Service History
Every embarkation and disembarkation is recorded with vessel name, IMO number, flag state, vessel type, rank held, and exact dates of service. The system calculates total sea service time, displays a visual timeline of a seafarer's career, and tracks rank evolution -- showing when and where each promotion occurred.
Competency & Qualifications
A competency matrix maps each seafarer's qualifications against the requirements for their rank and vessel type. Education records, language proficiency, and specialized training are all maintained in a single view, making it easy to assess a seafarer's readiness for deployment.
Personal Records
The profile stores bank account details for allotment payments, multiple addresses (home, correspondence, emergency), children and dependents, and next-of-kin contacts. Ready-date tracking shows when each seafarer is available for their next assignment.
Advanced Search & Filtering
Crewing officers can filter the entire crew pool by rank, nationality, vessel type experience, certificate status, availability date, evaluation score, and dozens of other criteria. Saved search presets enable quick access to commonly used crew lists.
